 Returns policy

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit
  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. 
  • For hygiene reasons swimwear will not be accepted under the returns policy so please choose your items carefully.
  • We process all returns within one week of receiving your items and will send you an email with the details of your processed return
  • Please message us via our Contact Us page if you believe your product is damaged or faulty
  • Buyer will need to pay for the return postage

Exchanges
We want you to absolutely love your purchase! We understand that every now and again you make an error in sizing or colour choice. The easiest way to swap your item is to follow the returns process and we will issue you with store credit so you can repurchase your item, done!

How to return your item
Please message us via our Contact Us page. We will email you through a returns form to be included in your package.

Processing time
We process all returns within 7 days of receiving your item/s. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return and store credit information if applicable.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sale items. Refunds are only issued in the event of a manufacturing fault and the item cannot be replaced or mended.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.
