Shipping policy

At this stage we do not offer tracking codes for your parcel. However, Santori Boutique takes full responsibility for ensuring that you receive your goodies within the specified shipping time frames.

FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $80 *Promotion automatically applied.
Standard shipping on orders under $80 is flat rate $10 worldwide.

Allow 1-5 days processing time for all orders. Shipping time frame from when orders are dispatched is 20 business days. There may be a 1 - 2 week delay due to random circumstances and during peek periods. 

Update
All orders placed from the 1/02/2021 - 3/03/2021 may experience delays from 12 - 16 business days on top of regular shipping timeframes. We encourage you to consider this possible delay when ordering. Once your order has been placed a refund, exchange or store credit will not be issued due to this delay in processing and shipping. 

A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.

Delivery time
Standard postage will take 1-3 business days for shipment and 7-11 business days for delivery. Our delivery time frames vary on the location of the buyer. 
We currently ship from Australia, Asia, America and the UK.
The customer is responsible for any delay in shipping. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with any current state or national delays.   

Don’t know where your parcel is?
If you have not received your items within 4 weeks of making your order please message us via Instagram @santoriboutique with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.  In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

Tracking your order
You asked and we listened! WE NOW HAVE TRACKING!

Tracking will be available as of Monday the 8th of June on all orders place from 10am on Friday the 29th of May.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local post office.

Delivery & Order Cost
The delivery cost is a flat rate per order. All charges are in AUS Dollars ($AUD). The currency conversion will provide an estimate to your local currency. The conversion provided estimates the charge in your local currency, however you will be charged in AUS Dollars ($AUD).

Customs Charges 
The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges.
